Who is responsible?
Voûte Digital Advertising B.V., Lange Nieuwstraat 191, 3111 AJ Schiedam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 24370167. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. For visitors in Saudi Arabia we also respect the principles of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What data do we collect?
- Enquiries: name, company, email address, the domain you ask about, your offer and your message. Legal basis: your consent and steps before a contract.
- Security: your IP address is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and used in hashed form to limit repeated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing spam.
- Statistics: Google Analytics 4 runs with consent mode set to "denied" for analytics and advertising storage. It sets no analytics cookies by default and receives only cookieless signals.
- Server logs: our host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.
Who receives your data?
Our hosting provider and email service process data on our behalf. When a sale goes ahead, we share the details needed for the transaction with the escrow service and the registrar. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiries no longer than we need them to answer and follow up your question. Data linked to a sale, such as invoices, is kept for seven years, the retention period Dutch tax law requires for financial records.
What are your rights?
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. Use the contact form. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
